✔ Due to the nature of handmade products, there may be slight asymmetry, individual differences, and acceptable casting imperfections.
✔ Due to the characteristics of the production process, the surface may contain gate marks, parting lines, bubbles, dust, small dots, or tiny bumps.
These are considered normal characteristics of the product.
Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted for the reasons stated above.
Gate Marks
These are the openings used to inject liquid resin into the silicone mold during casting.
After removing the gate, slight color differences may occur in certain areas.
Additionally, sanding during the finishing process may leave fine surface scratches.
Parting Lines
These are the lines created when removing the cast parts from the silicone mold.
All parts have parting lines, and slight differences may occur between pieces during production.
Parting lines may appear more visible on inner surfaces.
Bubbles, Dust, Dots, and Small Bumps
These may occur due to the 100% handmade casting process and are considered acceptable casting characteristics.
Surface Scratches
Fine scratches may remain when sanding gate marks or parting lines after casting.
Sanding during the finishing process may also result in slight surface gloss.
