✔ After receiving the product, please check the product and inquire
about product exchange within 7 days (when the shipping label is delivered).
Exchange is not possible if it is a public damage (official damage).

✔ The skin color may differ from the actual product depending on the customer's monitor settings.
✔ Due to the nature of handmade products, there are differences in doll symmetry, individual differences, and co-damage.
✔ Due to the nature of production, there are gate marks, putting lines, marbling,
bubbles, dust, dots, and fine protrusions on the surface.

Please note that refunds or exchanges due to the parts we have informed you of as precautions are not possible.
✔ If you sand the rough gate marks or putting lines on the surface after replication, fine scratches may remain.
The sanding finish may leave a slight gloss on the surface.
✔ Even if the 4Chi series is coated with a urethane finish,
the paint or coating may peel off due to its small size. Please be careful.
✔ Please avoid long-term exposure to natural light as much as possible.
✔ Accessories for limited edition costumes may change depending on the production situation.
